Refund policy

The short version: if something goes wrong with your order, write to me and I’ll put it right.

Digital products

unstuck and my other paid resources are digital files. You get the download link by email straight after you pay, and a file can’t be sent back, so sales are final once the link is delivered. I will refund you in full if:

your download link didn’t arrive within 24 hours and I can’t resend it,
the file is damaged or won’t open, and I can’t send you a working copy, or
you were charged twice for the same order.

Please write to me within 7 days of your purchase, with your order number.

How you get your money back

Refunds go back to the way you paid: your card, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account. Once I approve a refund, it usually reaches you within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

All payments are taken in Pakistani rupees (PKR). If you paid with a card from outside Pakistan, your bank converts the refund back to your currency, so the amount may differ slightly because of exchange rates or bank fees.

Free resources

Free PDFs cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Lessons and unstuck with me

Lessons are arranged directly with me on WhatsApp, not through the shop. Let me know at least 24 hours before a lesson if you need to move it, and we’ll find another time.
